Paging Systems takes your right to privacy seriously and wants you to feel comfortable using this web site. We want to provide a safe and secure experience on our website. The information you provide in emails or when using our Helpdesk and Payment portal is only used for the purposes outlined below. The identity of anyone who contacts us through this website is kept confidential to Paging Systems. We don’t rent, sell or exchange our contact lists.
Web Forms
All information send by you in web forms will arrive at our end as an email. This information will be stored in our email server for reference purposes only for the purposes of that email. We will not copy your details into a database for marketing purposes.
Online Shop
You are provided with the ability to edit the information stored in your Shop profile. You can request that your user account be deleted; to do so, please contact Accounts. Content such as invoice history will naturally remain even after your user account is deleted. Passwords to login to the Online Store may be changed at your request by emailing us.

Registration for an account on this site requires only a valid e-mail address and a user name that has not been chosen already. You are not required to provide any other information if you do not want to. However we suggest as you are creating the account for us to send you goods that you provide as much information as possible otherwise we may not be able to receive your items nor us get in contact easily.

Payment Portal
When paying by credit card our site uses security encrypted response forms when financial details are required. The security we use between your browser and our website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). To confirm that your browser supports SSL security, you should see a yellow padlock (Firefox or Chrome). Your Credit card details are only retained for the purpose of tracking who has paid from what card. We will not use this number again for any reason without your express permission such as to reimburse you if you paid the wrong amount by error.
Other Information
As on many web sites, Paging Systems may also automatically receive general information that is contained in server log files, such as your IP address and the time you visited.
Contact information

Paging Systems will only send you communications that we feel are appropriate to the nature of your relationship with us. For example, if you are a current customer and we are updating the order Status, we will send you an email to notify you of this update and the brief outline of the information for your orders.

If at any stage you feel that you are receiving communications from us that you do not want, please call us and let us know.
